Spectators: 8150 (Terracing: 6102, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 111) In the 3rd minute Hiqmet Lubonja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keltrin Xhika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes Waterfront 80 got a freekick which was hit by Mehat Bushati. After a defensive mix-up in Waterfront 80's zone, Hiqmet Lubonja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keltrin Xhika came out of the goal and Hiqmet Lubonja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 minutes, Çerçiz Premci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Waterfront 80 and the Zall-Reç SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Redi Ahmeti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sali Bardhi came out and tried to block the shot, but Redi Ahmeti slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Redi Ahmeti might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sali Bardhi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Redi Ahmeti ran back to his position shaking his head. Çerçiz Premci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Nexhat Axhibajrami was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waterfront 80's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zall-Reç SK the free kick. Redi Ahmeti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sali Bardhi having to interfere. Waterfront 80's Redi Ahmeti got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Neshat Topalli kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Neshat Topalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Redi Ahmeti charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Redi Ahmeti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Hiqmet Lubonja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zall-Reç SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hiqmet Lubonja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keltrin Xhika breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Waterfront 80's Keltrin Xhika got control of the ball when Redi Dibrani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keltrin Xhika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enjel Dedej in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Waterfront 80's Eneid Mirditori got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Keltrin Xhika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eri Tore in the 86th minute. In the 89th match minute, Waterfront 80 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fllad Noka to maneuver through the defense.
