Florim Ishka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zog Merxha, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Mërgim Tapa came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Viasd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mërgim Tapa couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Viasd's Vibar Zade got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 31 minutes into the game, Zog Merxha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zazxf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viasd the free kick. Erigerti Haklaj kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Meti Kadilli got free with Florim Ishka in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viasd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Zog Merxha scored to the left of an out of position Florim Ishka, making the score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zog Merxha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With 56 minutes on the clock, Erjuz Shyta commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 55 minutes into the game, one of Zazxf:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Ermal Latifllari kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Shkëlzen Luarasi. That made the score 3-2 in the 63 minute of play. Florim Ishka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erigerti Haklaj in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Zazxf getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ermal Vinca hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the game, Arqile Bega was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 75 minutes, Mikel Tirona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viasd and the Zazxf players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zazxf made a substitution.
