Rinus Kauffeld was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jorald Lazaj showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Golden Team's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristoforo De Luca 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. When Vegard Helmersen came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the K.F TIRANA fans jumped to their feet. The supporters of Golden Team booed when K.F TIRANA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vegard Helmersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute Cristoforo De Luca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinus Kauffeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Cristoforo De Luca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Team's Rinus Kauffeld was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Rinus Kauffeld successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute, Wincenty Roman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristoforo De Luca to make the kick off. In the 86th minute, Jorald Lazaj made a precise shot to the right of Rinus Kauffeld. Golden Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Golden Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Avram Iorgulescu was slow to take the kick. During this time K.F TIRANA's players had a chance to rest. Roman Wodaszak made a great header on K.F TIRANA's corner, it was just that Golden Team's Rinus Kauffeld managed to reach the ball for a save. 94 minutes into the match, Paco Cano notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Golden Team's Rinus Kauffeld.
