In the 13th minute Xhenit Hysa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tosun Ndoja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosun Manjani struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Tosun Ndoja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prishtina FC. Tosun Ndoja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ramiz Shkurti fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berat FK's protests and gave Ramiz Shkurti a yellow card for diving instead. Xhenit Hysa's late challenge caught a Berat FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xhenit Hysa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Prishtina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xhenit Hysa to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiz Shkurti was the one to do the kick off. When Xhenit Hysa came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Prishtina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xhenit Hysa couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Tião Donato could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Tosun Ndoja however easily saved by the left post. Boiken Juniku hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Berat FK's Tosun Ndoja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Conrao in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Berat FK's Ramiz Shkurti got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Berat FK's Tosun Ndoja got control of the ball when Donato Conrao tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Donato Conrao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tosun Ndoja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosun Ndoja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boiken Juniku in the 87th minute of play. Tosun Manjani's late challenge caught a Berat FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Prishtina FC booed when Berat FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neritan Kola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prishtina FC played a much better game than Berat FK and deserved their victory. The Berat FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
