In the 16th minute of the match, Amado Godoy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alfredão Medeiros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 19 minutes into the match, KF Ballistet's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Orange came free, but Pepe Sarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredão Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Godoy in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Amado Godoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Skënderbeu FC's Montay Peña fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Skënderbeu FC's Robert Whittaker got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute Bayezit Demiroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. One of KF Ballistet:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skënderbeu FC:s goal. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pepe Sarro. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Skënderbeu FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
