With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sammy Hardcastle in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damien Dewhirst saved Tiki Taka Barcelona from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Robbie Alderson put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Damien Dewhirst. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freddie Strickland made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Rex Preston sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edward Fountain skillfully saved the ball. Tiki Taka Barcelona's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Robbie Alderson 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3.
