It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 73rd minute, but Damien Dewhirst got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Tiki Taka Barcelona hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfie Thompson in the 76th minute of play forced Totnes's goalkeeper Denzil Baird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Alfie Thompson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denzil Baird was relentless in the 78th minute of the game.
