With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobald Gacki in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teddy Brookes saved Dinamo Tropez from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Dinamo Tropez's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Ansell came free, but Teddy Brookes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Teddy Brookes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Dinamo Tropez getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jason Saxton hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Marc Sparkes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Teobald Gacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teddy Brookes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Howard Briggs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teddy Brookes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Gacki in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Deon York hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teddy Brookes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stuart Frampton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Kenny Peacock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amri Solihin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Read kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Mathias Hammarberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Teddy Brookes made a huge save. The supporters of Westcliff on Sea booed when Dinamo Tropez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Saxton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Louie Scargill took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teddy Brookes. Teddy Brookes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Teddy Brookes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Gacki in the 39th minute of the match. When Louie Scargill came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Westcliff on Sea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Louie Scargill couldn't finish the play. Mathias Hammarberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 54thth minute of the game Teobald Gacki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dinamo Tropez's Teddy Brookes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 54 played minutes Dinamo Tropez got a freekick which was hit by Alec Buckle. Freddy Leather struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Teddy Brookes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westcliff on Sea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Gacki in the 58th minute of play forced Dinamo Tropez's goalkeeper Teddy Brookes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teddy Brookes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Gacki in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Gacki in the 77th minute of play forced Dinamo Tropez's goalkeeper Teddy Brookes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teddy Brookes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Hammarberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Dinamo Tropez defense, Teobald Gacki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teddy Brookes. The Dinamo Tropez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teddy Brookes should have stopped the shot.
