Arthur Shelby's late challenge caught a Valencia C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Valencia C.F. reached it. Santa Tecla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Herring, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Joe Herring ran back to his position shaking his head. Santa Tecla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Herring in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Joe Herring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oliver Bean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Santa Tecla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Joe Herring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC St. Pauli Andorra's zone, Ryan Plumber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santa Tecla came out of the goal and Ryan Plumber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerry Lodge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joan Laporte, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Jerry Lodge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Corleone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joe Herring scored 0-6 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santa Tecla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Valencia C.F. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC St. Pauli Andorra.
