CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Swanson in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the match, Perry Swanson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Birant Kayrar. CA Piratas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Perry Swanson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, CA Piratas's goal looked a bit too open when Perry Swanson came free, but Birant Kayrar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CA Piratas's Trevor Lincoln got a free kick in the 11th minute. David López recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birant Kayrar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perry Swanson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute of the match UE Sant Julià got a corner. CA Piratas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David López ran over to the corner to take the kick. UE Sant Julià's David López was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Birant Kayrar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, UE Sant Julià's Joe Argent got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Eduard Dășanu came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the CA Piratas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Dășanu couldn't finish the play. CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Swanson in the 23rd minute of play. David López hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Edinson Cavani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, CA Piratas's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Hornsby came free, but Birant Kayrar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birant Kayrar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Argent, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Billy Blowman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Birant Kayrar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Perry Swanson in the 53rd minute. Birant Kayrar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perry Swanson in the 55th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perry Swanson got free with Birant Kayrar in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the game, Blas Armando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UE Sant Julià's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Piratas the free kick. In the 70th minute, Blas Armando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Trevor Lincoln sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UE Sant Julià's Johnnie Dobson didn't even have to move. During the 72nd minute of the match Miles Newell completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Miles Newell a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 73 played minutes CA Piratas got a freekick which was hit by Miles Newell. Birant Kayrar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Swanson in the 81st minute of play. CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryan Hornsby in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, CA Piratas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Antetokounmpo to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, UE Sant Julià's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Dășanu came free, but Johnnie Dobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The CA Piratas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UE Sant Julià's performance. The match ended with a win for UE Sant Julià.
