An unexpectedly hard shot by Doug Holyfield in the 5th minute of play forced CA Piratas's goalkeeper Birant Kayrar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes CA Piratas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Damien Blake who took care of the corner kick. Birant Kayrar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Blake in the 11th minute of play. If Giannis Antetokounmpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Toby Morgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Drăgoescu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of CA Piratas booed when FC Shakhtar Donetsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ethan Stiles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Darius Church hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ethan Stiles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birant Kayrar having to interfere. CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Stiles in the 37th minute of play. When Damien Blake came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the FC Shakhtar Donetsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damien Blake couldn't finish the play. Birant Kayrar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ethan Stiles in the 41st minute of play. Birant Kayrar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ethan Stiles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd match minute, CA Piratas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Drăgoescu to maneuver through the defense. CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Holyfield in the 45th minute of play. Billy Blowman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Özbek Saadettin firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half FC Shakhtar Donetsk were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Billy Blowman made the kick off in the second half. If Giannis Antetokounmpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ethan Stiles sped through CA Piratas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Birant Kayrar. In the 65th minute, Damien Blake left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Shakhtar Donetsk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 71 minutes into the match, CA Piratas's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Stiles came free, but Birant Kayrar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grant Salt kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Birant Kayrar had great luck who in the 74thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ethan Stiles from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 76 minutes of play, FC Shakhtar Donetsk's Ethan Stiles made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birant Kayrar was left in no man's land by his defense there! CA Piratas's Birant Kayrar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save CA Piratas from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Doug Holyfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birant Kayrar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Giannis Antetokounmpo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damien Blake hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, CA Piratas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trevor Lincoln to maneuver through the defense. Witalis Zerde kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Özbek Saadettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Dășanu in the 94th minute of the match. CA Piratas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Trevor Lincoln in the 96th minute. After taking down the ball on CA Piratas's corner Trevor Lincoln fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Özbek Saadettin quite easily take care of the ball.
