Denys Stoyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Ruday having to interfere. Volodymyr-Volynsjkyj's Vyacheslav Ruday played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denys Stoyan in the 20th minute of play. Nazariy Khursa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vyacheslav Ruday. Volodymyr-Volynsjkyj's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vyacheslav Ruday made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denys Stoyan in the 31st minute of play. Stepan Dudnyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vyacheslav Ruday having to make a save. Borispilj's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stepan Dudnyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Stepan Dudnyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borispilj fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 85 minutes into the match, Volodymyr-Volynsjkyj's goal looked a bit too open when Denys Stoyan came free, but Vyacheslav Ruday reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
