Rostyslav Kovtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Olimpik Lion fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Olimpik Lion's Ivan Nepyjpyvo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ivan Nepyjpyvo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Rostyslav Kovtun 9 minutes into the match. If Petro Virkovsjkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes, Ivan Nepyjpyvo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Novyj Rozdil Helios's Rostyslav Kovtun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ivan Nepyjpyvo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Rostyslav Kovtun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 27 minutes of play, Olimpik Lion's Ivan Nepyjpyvo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rostyslav Kovtun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rostyslav Kovtun came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpik Lion's Ivan Nepyjpyvo. But to his dismay, Ivan Nepyjpyvo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Viktor Perekytnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rostyslav Kovtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Kyrylo Khomenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Novyj Rozdil Helios and the Olimpik Lion players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panas Guryn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostyslav Kovtun having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grygoriy Volodsjkyi was the one to do the kick off. When Grygoriy Volodsjkyi fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Novyj Rozdil Helios's protests and gave Grygoriy Volodsjkyi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Novyj Rozdil Helios getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Grygoriy Volodsjkyi hit a great ball. Panas Guryn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rostyslav Kovtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Olimpik Lion's Ivan Nepyjpyvo in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Novyj Rozdil Helios's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the match, Novyj Rozdil Helios's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Nepyjpyvo came free, but Rostyslav Kovtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Ivan Nepyjpyvo sped through Novyj Rozdil Helios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rostyslav Kovtun. In the 66th minute Ivan Nepyjpyvo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rostyslav Kovtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Novyj Rozdil Helios's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Nepyjpyvo came free, but Rostyslav Kovtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Nepyjpyvo in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rostyslav Kovtun saved Novyj Rozdil Helios from getting behind. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ivan Nepyjpyvo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Novyj Rozdil Helios's Rostyslav Kovtun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ivan Nepyjpyvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Olimpik Lion's Ivan Nepyjpyvo in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Novyj Rozdil Helios's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Myroslav Nitchenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olimpik Lion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Myroslav Nitchenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Ivan Nepyjpyvo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Novyj Rozdil Helios's Rostyslav Kovtun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Panas Guryn notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Novyj Rozdil Helios's Rostyslav Kovtun. Rostyslav Kovtun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 minutes, Eusebiu Lupșoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpik Lion and the Novyj Rozdil Helios players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Eusebiu Lupșoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petro Komisarenko hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Olimpik Lion had played much better football throughout.
