A collision led to Humativ FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tymofiy Tereschenko hit a great ball. Pavlo Kobzar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Lichorobiec in the 10th minute of play. If Tobiasz Lichorobiec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute, Tobiasz Lichorobiec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Philadelphia Union FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pavlo Kobzar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobiasz Lichorobiec's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Pavlo Kobzar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobiasz Lichorobiec went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 38thth minute of the game Tobiasz Lichorobiec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humativ FC's Pavlo Kobzar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Humativ FC's zone, Tobiasz Lichorobiec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavlo Kobzar came out of the goal and Tobiasz Lichorobiec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Nazariy Gunchenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Yevgen Romanenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philadelphia Union FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yevgen Romanenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlo Kobzar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Renatinho Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

53 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Lichorobiec recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pavlo Kobzar. Tobiasz Lichorobiec showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Philadelphia Union FC's Tobiasz Lichorobiec slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pavlo Kobzar. That made the score 1-8 after 57 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Philadelphia Union FC's Tiburcio Ascencio got a free kick in the 60th minute. Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi was substituted for Tobiasz Lichorobiec. In the 70th match minute, Humativ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Lischuk to maneuver through the defense. If Myroslav Zanevskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pavlo Kobzar was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Myroslav Zanevskyi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Myroslav Zanevskyi struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Pavlo Kobzar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Philadelphia Union FC. 85 minutes into the game, Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pavlo Kobzar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-10. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Renatinho Catarinense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philadelphia Union FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho Catarinense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlo Kobzar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pavlo Kobzar. That made the score 1-11 after 91 minutes of play. After 95 minutes of play, Philadelphia Union FC's Myroslav Zanevskyi made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pavlo Kobzar was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Philadelphia Union FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Humativ FC.
