With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vasyl Karnoza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Symon Bridnya kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Dmytro Zhak was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mykhaylo Korotetskyi. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dmytro Gorbanenko to make the kick off. Bernát Bíró hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Vasyl Karnoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Lichorobiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Myroslav Zanevskyi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Myroslav Zanevskyi in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vasyl Karnoza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Philadelphia Union FC played a much better game than Jenakijewe Metalurg and deserved their victory. The Jenakijewe Metalurg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
