The crowd rose to their feet as Carl Ancelotti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olexiy Siverchuk. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. When CSKA's Carl Ancelotti in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carl Ancelotti in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olexiy Siverchuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olexiy Siverchuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Pasquarelli in the 38th minute of the match. FC Chernomorets's Olexiy Siverchuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Pasquarelli in the 41st minute of play. Omar Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dmytro Semchuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Dmytro Semchuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSKA's Omar Lauren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Petlyura to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Alexander Pasquarelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Olexiy Siverchuk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of CSKA booed when FC Chernomorets was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazariy Prodan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ostap Babych took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olexiy Siverchuk. FC Chernomorets's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With an all-out effort, FC Chernomorets's Omar Lauren threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dmytro Semchuk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Borys Gordienko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Carl Ancelotti sped through FC Chernomorets's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olexiy Siverchuk. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carl Ancelotti in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olexiy Siverchuk saved FC Chernomorets from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, CSKA could leave the field as winners, despite FC Chernomorets having more of the ball for most of the match.
