Spectators: 8020 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 20) FC Lviv's Emil Veenema started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mykhaylo Lelyuk came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jahotyn FC Stalj's Denys Lozovskyi. But to his dismay, Denys Lozovskyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jahotyn FC Stalj's Denys Lozovskyi got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Denys Lozovskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Andriy Bodnya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Lviv's Mykhaylo Lelyuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Lviv's Mykhaylo Lelyuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andriy Bodnya in the 24th minute of play. Mykhaylo Lelyuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andriy Bodnya's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Mykhaylo Lelyuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denys Lozovskyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The supporters of Jahotyn FC Stalj booed when FC Lviv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocente Mogrovejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitaliy Zhenylenko in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mykhaylo Lelyuk saved FC Lviv from getting behind. When Jahotyn FC Stalj's Andriy Bodnya in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Lviv's goalie prevented a goal. The referee gave Jahotyn FC Stalj a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Denys Lozovskyi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Lviv's Mykhaylo Lelyuk. 0-3. The supporters of Jahotyn FC Stalj booed when FC Lviv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Salamanca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Denys Lozovskyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mykhaylo Lelyuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Andriy Bodnya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mykhaylo Lelyuk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After the first half Jahotyn FC Stalj were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andriy Bodnya to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andriy Bodnya in the 51st minute of play forced FC Lviv's goalkeeper Mykhaylo Lelyuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mykhaylo Lelyuk came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Jahotyn FC Stalj's Andriy Bodnya. But to his dismay, Andriy Bodnya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Mykhaylo Lelyuk made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Vitaliy Zhenylenko sent off a good shot on target. Mykhaylo Lelyuk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andriy Bodnya showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 60 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lviv's zone, Andriy Bodnya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mykhaylo Lelyuk came out of the goal and Andriy Bodnya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, Marvin Salamanca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Vladyslav Latenko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vladyslav Latenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Veenema in the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, FC Lviv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Chekh to maneuver through the defense. Emil Veenema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladyslav Latenko having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Andriy Bodnya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Lviv's Mykhaylo Lelyuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denys Lozovskyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Mykhaylo Lelyuk made a huge save. When Denys Kachan fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jahotyn FC Stalj's protests and gave Denys Kachan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd minute, Denys Kachan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Lviv lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
