Ben Laden started the match with the kick off. Emil Veenema hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ben Laden struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Mykhaylo Lelyuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for krocodiles. Denys Yesin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Veenema in the 18th minute of the match. Emil Veenema sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Veenema recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th match minute, krocodiles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panas Kyryjenko to maneuver through the defense. Emil Veenema received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Denys Yesin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Chekh hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, krocodiles's Ben Laden got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Denys Yesin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Veenema in the 36th minute of play. Ben Laden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Mykhaylo Lelyuk made a huge save. Ben Laden who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Mykhaylo Lelyuk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Leonid Fedorchuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marvin Salamanca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Veenema was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Lviv's Inocente Mogrovejo got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th match minute, FC Lviv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Veenema to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Vadym Zhenylenko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mykhaylo Lelyuk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emil Veenema hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Denys Yesin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Veenema in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to krocodiles getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gavrylo Strashnenko hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes, FC Lviv's Emil Veenema shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Denys Yesin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Lviv reached it. After 71 played minutes FC Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Igor Chekh. Oleg Tsapiy kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, krocodiles's Ben Laden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mykhaylo Lelyuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Inocente Mogrovejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lviv's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocente Mogrovejo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denys Yesin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Emil Veenema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Emil Veenema managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lviv's supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Veenema was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denys Yesin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Chekh charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Chekh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of krocodiles booed when FC Lviv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Chekh didn't get a good kick on the ball. The krocodiles support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
