After having played for 43 minutes, Bogdan Puchkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LIVERPOOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Puchkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Volodymyr Bakhurynsjkyi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flávio Corte-Real to strike the kick off in the second half. Pavlo Momotenko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Kızıltepe Belediyespor defense, Gennadiy Rozlach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavlo Momotenko. The Kızıltepe Belediyespor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavlo Momotenko should have stopped the shot. When LIVERPOOL's Bogdan Puchkov in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
