Spectators: 9195 (Terracing: 6914, Seating: 2111, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tykhon Famulyak got the match started through his kick off. Matviy Grebenyuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Dammer went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panas Garaptsyo in the 8th minute of play forced Meteor's goalkeeper Stanislav Androschuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Sambir GYE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Akymenko to maneuver through the defense. When Artem Staruschenko came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Meteor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artem Staruschenko couldn't finish the play. Matviy Grebenyuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tykhon Famulyak in the 20th minute of the match. Sebastian Dammer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matviy Grebenyuk having to make a save. Stanislav Androschuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panas Garaptsyo in the 25th minute of play. Borys Akymenko kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tykhon Famulyak sped through Sambir GYE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matviy Grebenyuk. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Meteor! Illja Dorogan shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 38 played minutes Marjan Zdebskyi rounded Sambir GYE's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Stanislav Androschuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxym Husin in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Meteor's Marjan Zdebskyi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matviy Grebenyuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maxym Husin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Panas Garaptsyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Androschuk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Meteor defense, Maxym Husin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislav Androschuk. The Meteor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislav Androschuk should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Dammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Matviy Grebenyuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxym Husin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Stanislav Androschuk made a huge save. After having played for 74 minutes, Sebastian Dammer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meteor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Dammer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Stepan Sernetskyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matviy Grebenyuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Dammer, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panas Garaptsyo in the 79th minute of play forced Meteor's goalkeeper Stanislav Androschuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Meteor getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Marjan Zdebskyi hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Sebastian Dammer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meteor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Stanislav Androschuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Sernetskyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matviy Grebenyuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Krukovets in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Marjan Zdebskyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matviy Grebenyuk was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Meteor were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sambir GYE for a fine match.
