Spectators: 9166 (Terracing: 6885, Seating: 2111, VIP seats: 170) Marjan Zdebskyi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxym Kozhemyachenko having to make a save. After some careless play in the Meteor defense, Illja Petrenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislav Androschuk. The Meteor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislav Androschuk should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Maxym Paraschiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artem Kozlyuk in the 13th minute of play forced Meteor's goalkeeper Stanislav Androschuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Ruslan Gabovda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meteor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruslan Gabovda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 15th minute of the match Maxym Paraschiy completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maxym Paraschiy a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Meteor booed when Balaklija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxym Paraschiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tykhon Famulyak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxym Kozhemyachenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tykhon Famulyak in the 20th minute of play. Balaklija's Maxym Kozhemyachenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marjan Zdebskyi in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Meteor's Tykhon Famulyak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxym Kozhemyachenko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Sebastian Dammer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxym Kozhemyachenko was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 40th minute Tykhon Famulyak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxym Kozhemyachenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Illja Petrenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 played minutes Meteor got a freekick which was hit by Marjan Zdebskyi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Illja Petrenko in the 44th minute of play forced Meteor's goalkeeper Stanislav Androschuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balaklija's Maxym Kozhemyachenko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Balaklija from getting a goal against them.

Tykhon Famulyak might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxym Kozhemyachenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tykhon Famulyak ran back to his position shaking his head. After 53 minutes of play, Meteor's Sebastian Dammer made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxym Kozhemyachenko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Sebastian Dammer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxym Kozhemyachenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marjan Zdebskyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Maxym Kozhemyachenko came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Meteor's Marjan Zdebskyi. But to his dismay, Marjan Zdebskyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Tykhon Famulyak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marjan Zdebskyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Maxym Kozhemyachenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Illja Petrenko in the 83rd minute of play forced Meteor's goalkeeper Stanislav Androschuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Meteor's Artem Staruschenko seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Artem Staruschenko the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Meteor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Artem Staruschenko had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Sebastian Dammer came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Meteor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Dammer couldn't finish the play.
