Nurtekin Demirman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 35th playminute. Atilla Kuddus made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Mustafa Cumhur Münir sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Mustafa Cumhur Münir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atilla Kuddus. That made the score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play. With his leg Atilla Kuddus managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Eskişehirspor's Nurtekin Demirman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Abdurrezzak Irak made the kick off in the second half. Eskişehirspor's Nurtekin Demirman got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilla Kuddus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Bergqvist in the 55th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Zurnacılar got a freekick which was hit by Baykal Ülgenalp. 65 minutes into the game, Mustafa Cumhur Münir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Atilla Kuddus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nurtekin Demirman in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilla Kuddus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atilla Kuddus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Bergqvist in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Nurtekin Demirman notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Zurnacılar's Atilla Kuddus. Atilla Kuddus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mustafa Kemal Paşa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Natalio Lastur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eskişehirspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 85 minutes into the game, Eskişehirspor's Gunnar Bergqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilla Kuddus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 90 minutes into the match, Gunnar Bergqvist notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Zurnacılar's Atilla Kuddus. Atilla Kuddus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Nurtekin Demirman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilla Kuddus was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Eskişehirspor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
