Kutlualp Pekalp took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birdal Tuğtekin. Birdal Tuğtekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Şinasi Bekdil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Birdal Tuğtekin, 2-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Şinasi Bekdil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şinasi Bekdil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. siyah çoraplılar's Birdal Tuğtekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şinasi Bekdil in the 20th minute of play. Birdal Tuğtekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şinasi Bekdil in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Kilis booed when siyah çoraplılar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bican Uluç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ziya Nesefi kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şinasi Bekdil in the 28th minute of play forced siyah çoraplılar's goalkeeper Birdal Tuğtekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Şinasi Bekdil fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 38 played minutes, siyah çoraplılar's Orhan Seyfi Fazilet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aykut Sabri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in siyah çoraplılar reached it. Orhan Seyfi Fazilet's late challenge caught a Kilis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orhan Seyfi Fazilet helped the player get up and apologised. Orhan Seyfi Fazilet kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şinasi Bekdil made a kick off. When Kutlualp Pekalp fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilis's protests and gave Kutlualp Pekalp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Kilis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutlualp Pekalp to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kilis fully deserved thier win.
