In the 29th minute Hasret Acartürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Nihat Nadir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlhan Arabacıoğlu got free with Nejat Osmanoğlu in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rdth minute of the game Göktan Birdal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKÇADAM SK's Nejat Osmanoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arkın Kürşat hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes, Hasret Acartürk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKÇADAM SK and the Kastelórizo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kastelórizo getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Melik Tanju hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Göktan Birdal was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Arif Nihat Nadir managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when AKÇADAM SK's Hasret Acartürk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 55 minutes of play, Kastelórizo's Göktan Birdal made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nejat Osmanoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Taner Sadi put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Kastelórizo a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Göktan Birdal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AKÇADAM SK's Nejat Osmanoğlu. 3-1. Nejat Osmanoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göktan Birdal in the 73rd minute of the match. If Ramiz Sayılgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ramiz Sayılgan managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKÇADAM SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiz Sayılgan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Nihat Nadir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the match, Kastelórizo's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiz Sayılgan came free, but Arif Nihat Nadir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kastelórizo had played much better football throughout.
