A hard shot 11 in the game by Ahmet Davut Pamiroğlu from a close distance when the talented Yetkiner Akburç managed to make a qualified save. Rumelikavagi JK's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Davut Pamiroğlu in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yetkiner Akburç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Yüksel in the 17th minute of play forced Rumelikavagi JK's goalkeeper Yetkiner Akburç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Midyat FK's Numan Güler got a free kick in the 18th minute. Yetkiner Akburç was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arif Memduh Altuğ. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Halil Yüksel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Midyat FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Halil Yüksel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yetkiner Akburç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rumelikavagi JK's Yetkiner Akburç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil Yüksel in the 36th minute of play. Ahmet Davut Pamiroğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yetkiner Akburç having to make a save. Halil Yüksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yetkiner Akburç having to interfere. Yetkiner Akburç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davut Cingöz in the 45th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Midyat FK's Halil Yüksel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yetkiner Akburç. Yetkiner Akburç yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Halil Yüksel made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Çağrı Okkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Halil Yüksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Midyat FK defense, Ahmet Çağrı Okkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Turgut Devlettin. The Midyat FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Turgut Devlettin should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Davut Cingöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rumelikavagi JK's Erkut Ilgınlı got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Midyat FK's Ahmet Davut Pamiroğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halil Yüksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yetkiner Akburç having to interfere. Yetkiner Akburç didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halil Yüksel went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Yetkiner Akburç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Yüksel in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Halil Yüksel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yetkiner Akburç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erkut Ilgınlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Midyat FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
