In the 10th minute, Kemal Ercan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandirma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 16 minutes, Halis Ushan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finike and the Bandirma players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Finike's Halis Ushan got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Halis Ushan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Bandirma's Gürcan Hurşit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vatan Kalhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bandirma's Gürcan Hurşit got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürcan Hurşit in the 23rd minute of play forced Finike's goalkeeper Vatan Kalhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aladino Urruti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Vatan Kalhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şinasi Süleymanoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Ömer Akar in the 34th minute of the match. If Akşemseddin Atlıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bandirma's Şinasi Süleymanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Ömer Akar in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Ömer Akar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute, Akşemseddin Atlıoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Finike fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 65th minute, Bandirma's Aladino Urruti seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aladino Urruti the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bandirma protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aladino Urruti had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 66th match minute, Bandirma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aladino Urruti to maneuver through the defense. When Şemsettin Kılıçaslan came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Finike fans jumped to their feet. After 76 played minutes Bandirma got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Bodin. Şinasi Süleymanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şemsettin Kılıçaslan in the 77th minute of play. Bandirma's Şinasi Süleymanoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Bandirma from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Finike booed when Bandirma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Nafiz Taif didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şinasi Süleymanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Ömer Akar in the 82nd minute of play. Ahmet Nafiz Taif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bandirma had won after a very even match.
