When Barışcan Şahinoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Çaykur Rize Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barışcan Şahinoğlu couldn't finish the play. After 18 played minutes Red Devils FC got a freekick which was hit by Orhun Açıkgöz. Barış Ünek made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Kadim Dilazad sent off a good shot on target. Barış Ünek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kadim Dilazad got free with Barış Ünek in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
