Gültepe JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Sancarbey Koçak took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mustafa Arif İnegöllü. Mustafa Arif İnegöllü dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Manisa's goal looked a bit too open when Sezgin Önder came free, but Şemsettin Tokkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gültepe JK's Mustafa Arif İnegöllü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sancarbey Koçak in the 14th minute of play. Mustafa Arif İnegöllü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekber Bekir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şemsettin Tokkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezgin Önder in the 17th minute of play. Tacettin Gazzali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Gültepe JK's goal looked a bit too open when Baykam Dicle came free, but Mustafa Arif İnegöllü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Temel İbrahimoğlu hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the game, Ekber Bekir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Mustafa Arif İnegöllü was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Manisa's Arif Gaffar Şehzat got a free kick in the 40th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Varol Enbiya was the one to do the kick off. Şemsettin Tokkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezgin Önder in the 53rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ekber Bekir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mustafa Arif İnegöllü. That made the score 1-6 in the 54 minute of play. Şemsettin Tokkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sezgin Önder in the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, Gültepe JK's Mustafa Arif İnegöllü got control of the ball when Sancarbey Koçak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Tacettin Gazzali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute Sezgin Önder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şemsettin Tokkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Ekber Bekir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. When the final whistle sounded Manisa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gültepe JK.
