Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Genco Adanır started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. MNY Gayrimenkul Spor's Bozkurt İkbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genco Adanır in the 14th minute of play. Hasan Tahsin Muhlis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bozkurt İkbal having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Fatih Tahsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bozkurt İkbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Tahsin Muhlis, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, MNY Gayrimenkul Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fatih Tahsin to maneuver through the defense. Bozkurt İkbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genco Adanır in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes MNY Gayrimenkul Spor got a freekick which was hit by Fedai Özbilir. After 37 played minutes Kanarya 1907 got a freekick which was hit by Hasan Tahsin Muhlis. After a defensive mix-up in MNY Gayrimenkul Spor's zone, Hasan Tahsin Muhlis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bozkurt İkbal came out of the goal and Hasan Tahsin Muhlis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zekeriya Toktamış could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Edip Katib made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zekeriya Toktamış to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, MNY Gayrimenkul Spor's Fatih Tahsin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edip Katib made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Zekeriya Toktamış fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edip Katib having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Zekeriya Toktamış ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edip Katib was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Fatih Tahsin kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Berker Tükelalp was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute of the match Berker Tükelalp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bozkurt İkbal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edip Katib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zekeriya Toktamış, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fatih Tahsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Zekeriya Toktamış got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edip Katib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zekeriya Toktamış's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. MNY Gayrimenkul Spor's Zekeriya Toktamış got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zekeriya Toktamış in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edip Katib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genco Adanır in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bozkurt İkbal saved MNY Gayrimenkul Spor from getting behind. Edip Katib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekeriya Toktamış, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zekeriya Toktamış in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edip Katib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MNY Gayrimenkul Spor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
