In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tonya SK's goalkeeper Sungur Başöz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mehmet Ediz Payidar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Baturay Yiğitcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Tonya SK's zone, Mehmet Ediz Payidar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sungur Başöz came out of the goal and Mehmet Ediz Payidar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hafız Çelikyay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sungur Başöz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Mehmet Ediz Payidar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ediz Payidar struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Turan İmar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baturay Yiğitcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Tonya SK's Baturay Yiğitcan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turan İmar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Levent in the 76th minute of play forced Tomarza's goalkeeper Turan İmar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Baturay Yiğitcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Halil Serkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Tonya SK's goalkeeper Sungur Başöz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Ediz Payidar. Hafız Çelikyay did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Sungur Başöz 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Tomarza left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tonya SK.
