The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A well-hit corner resulted in Gencer Tura heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 20 minutes into the game, Ertan Ataoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sürüc FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akatlar the free kick. Demircan Sufi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Akatlar getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Göktürk Beytekin hit a great ball. Anıl Mücahit Demirhan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Sürüc FK fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Sürüc FK's Üzeyir Tunçhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kutlualp Uluer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Akatlar's Barışcan Tarancı got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Resul Çağa. Kutlualp Uluer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Üzeyir Tunçhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Sürüc FK's Üzeyir Tunçhan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kutlualp Uluer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sürüc FK's Ertan Ataoğlu got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Ertan Ataoğlu off the ground. In the 93rd match minute, Sürüc FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertan Ataoğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 97thth minute of the game Üzeyir Tunçhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akatlar's Kutlualp Uluer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 99 minutes into the game, Onur Ali Mete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
