Gölcük FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rumelihisari SK the free kick. A collision led to Gölcük FK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Aytaç Ekiner hit a great ball. If Gökberk Başeskioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Gölcük FK's Gökberk Başeskioğlu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doğuhan Baloğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berkant Torkal in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Müjdat Erbay saved Gölcük FK from getting behind. Aygün Cantürk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 minutes of play, Gölcük FK's Gökberk Başeskioğlu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doğuhan Baloğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Bircan Hicabi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Gölcük FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bircan Hicabi couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Gökberk Başeskioğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğuhan Baloğlu was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Gölcük FK's zone, Sufi Sefir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Müjdat Erbay came out of the goal and Sufi Sefir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hüseyin Can Vasif hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the game, Aygün Cantürk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doğuhan Baloğlu. Aygün Cantürk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Rumelihisari SK's Doğuhan Baloğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Rumelihisari SK from getting a goal against them. Sufi Sefir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Müjdat Erbay having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sufi Sefir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Demirhan Orsel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Doğuhan Baloğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doğuhan Baloğlu came out of the goal and Bircan Hicabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes Gölcük FK got a freekick which was hit by Ufuk Palabıyık. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Sufi Sefir got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Müjdat Erbay made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Baybora Reşit sent off a good shot on target. Baybora Reşit kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Gökberk Başeskioğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Demirhan Orsel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sufi Sefir in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Müjdat Erbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
