Spectators: 7190 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 110) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hilmi Kiray kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Kozyatagi's Bumin Cihaner ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bayhan Umut. Bayhan Umut yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferman Uygunel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bayhan Umut. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 14th minute Sungurhan Boran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayhan Umut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Kozyatagi's Ferman Uygunel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bayhan Umut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Abayhan Gümüşsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilmi Kiray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bayhan Umut made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ferman Uygunel sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Kozyatagi's Beşir Uğuş got a free kick in the 28th minute. Kürşat Emiroğlu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abayhan Gümüşsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilmi Kiray in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Ferman Uygunel made a precise shot to the right of Bayhan Umut. Van's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Kozyatagi's Abayhan Gümüşsoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilmi Kiray in the 41st minute of play. Van's Bayhan Umut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Van from getting a goal against them. Bayhan Umut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferman Uygunel in the 45th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Kozyatagi's Fetih Erdurmus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bayhan Umut. That made the score 6-0 after 47 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fetih Erdurmus was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Evren Kartekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Abayhan Gümüşsoy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Ferman Uygunel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayhan Umut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayhan Umut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fetih Erdurmus in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferman Uygunel in the 60th minute of play forced Van's goalkeeper Bayhan Umut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sungurhan Boran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayhan Umut having to interfere. Kozyatagi's Fetih Erdurmus got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bayhan Umut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferman Uygunel in the 65th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Fetih Erdurmus put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bayhan Umut. Ferman Uygunel got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 86th minute, Ferman Uygunel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abayhan Gümüşsoy was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from İsmail Cem Özakıncı. Sungurhan Boran was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Kozyatagi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Van:s goal. Kozyatagi:s Abayhan Gümüşsoy showed great skill when he stopped Kürşat Emiroğlu:s penalty. 7-2 came in the 93rd minute when Kürşat Emiroğlu all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Abayhan Gümüşsoy. Arnoldo Diegotxe's late challenge caught a Van's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Diegotxe helped the player get up and apologised. Arnoldo Diegotxe kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Evren Kartekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abayhan Gümüşsoy. Kozyatagi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evren Kartekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-3.
