Ilgaz Haksever succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Nihat İnanır could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Balamir Onursan made a huge save. With a little luck, EREK SK's Balamir Onursan got control of the ball when Ferit Yazganalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oğuzcan Buyrukalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlhan Sağanalp in the 15th minute of play. Nihat İnanır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Balamir Onursan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the match, Ilgaz Haksever tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Balamir Onursan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kadim Durna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Balamir Onursan. EREK SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. EREK SK's Balamir Onursan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save EREK SK from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, EREK SK's goalkeeper Balamir Onursan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nihat İnanır. A collision led to EREK SK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Haydar Bilgetay hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Ilgaz Haksever made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ilgaz Haksever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balamir Onursan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, EREK SK's goal looked a bit too open when Nihat İnanır came free, but Balamir Onursan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 minutes, Kadri Orhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÇaMKuLe Sk and the EREK SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ÇaMKuLe Sk's Kadri Orhan got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aytaç Usun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute.
