With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veli Ruşeni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Kara Karga SPOR fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Kara Karga SPOR's Ramazan Kıvılcım looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Veli Ruşeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fryderyk Wierzchowski in the 8th minute. Ergincan Candar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil Utku Yaban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramazan Kıvılcım's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ergincan Candar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute Halil Utku Yaban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergincan Candar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ergincan Candar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Utku Yaban in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Lefter Taşel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the vakfıkebir and the Kara Karga SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lefter Taşel hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ergincan Candar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musa Kamil in the 31st minute of the match. Veli Ruşeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yüksel Sadak in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Songurbey Okutan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Olcay Dursunali in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kara Karga SPOR's Ayvaz İlkan. Ramazan Kıvılcım hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Avni Şahbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, vakfıkebir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdurrahman Şahinalp to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Yenal Özalpman made the kick off in the second half. Halil Utku Yaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ergincan Candar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boğaçhan Ünal hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Halil Utku Yaban struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ergincan Candar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kara Karga SPOR. After a defensive mix-up in vakfıkebir's zone, Halil Utku Yaban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ergincan Candar came out of the goal and Halil Utku Yaban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halil Utku Yaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ergincan Candar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of vakfıkebir booed when Kara Karga SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramazan Kıvılcım didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yenal Özalpman took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Veli Ruşeni. Veli Ruşeni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Kara Karga SPOR defense, Avni Şahbey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Veli Ruşeni. The Kara Karga SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Veli Ruşeni should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute Halil Utku Yaban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergincan Candar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Halil Utku Yaban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Halil Utku Yaban kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ergincan Candar. That made the score 3-2 in the 83 minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, vakfıkebir's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Utku Yaban came free, but Ergincan Candar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Boğaçhan Ünal in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kara Karga SPOR's Songurbey Okutan. In the 91st minute, Ramazan Kıvılcım got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of Kara Karga SPOR's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Kara Karga SPOR may have spent more time on the ball, but vakfıkebir were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
