Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aktuğ Buyrukalp kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC's Hayrullah Onursev got a free kick in the 6th minute. Melquiades Guillen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necmettin Sungurtekin in the 9th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC got a freekick which was hit by Vahit Honazlı. Özdemir Hurmacı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Hayyam Uluşahin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Necmettin Sungurtekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC booed when Nurhak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencal Turabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necmettin Sungurtekin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Guillen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Güngör Akasma hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aktuğ Buyrukalp got free with Hayyam Uluşahin in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Özdemir Hurmacı dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hayyam Uluşahin, 2-0. Vahit Honazlı kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Aktuğ Buyrukalp made a precise shot to the right of Hayyam Uluşahin. Nurhak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Özdemir Hurmacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Necmettin Sungurtekin to strike the kick off in the second half. 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC's Melquiades Guillen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC from getting a goal against them. Melquiades Guillen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tayfun Tibet in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Nurhak's Necmettin Sungurtekin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Guillen. That made the score 3-1 after 66 minutes of play. Özdemir Hurmacı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hayrullah Onursev kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Nurhak getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Baysal Secaat hit a great ball. When Hulusi Rezan fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC's protests and gave Hulusi Rezan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nurhak booed when 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulusi Rezan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necmettin Sungurtekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hayyam Uluşahin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aktuğ Buyrukalp in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özdemir Hurmacı in the 82nd minute of play forced Nurhak's goalkeeper Hayyam Uluşahin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Necmettin Sungurtekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nurhak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necmettin Sungurtekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Nurhak defense, Özdemir Hurmacı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hayyam Uluşahin. The Nurhak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hayyam Uluşahin should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC's goalkeeper Melquiades Guillen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tayfun Tibet. Tayfun Tibet came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Melquiades Guillen could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tayfun Tibet got free with Melquiades Guillen in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1968 DIYARBAKIR FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nurhak for a fine match.
