Güvenevler FK's Barış Reyyan got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hayati Taşkınay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ertan İncirli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. If Edmund Frenzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barış Reyyan struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Ertan İncirli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Güvenevler FK. After a rather tough play, Cermik SK's Ali Nejat Ergunalp got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Güvenevler FK's Deniz Durul in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cermik SK's Ertan İncirli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Barış Reyyan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güvenevler FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Barış Reyyan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ertan İncirli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Deniz Durul made the kick off in the second half. Cermik SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Barış Reyyan scored to the left of an out of position Ertan İncirli, making the score, 0-4. After 81 minutes, Gökay Adıvar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Güvenevler FK and the Cermik SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gökay Adıvar hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Cermik SK's Ertan İncirli got control of the ball when Deniz Durul tried to sneak it across the goal line.
