An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürkan Er in the 3rd minute of play forced Kayseri Erciyesspor's goalkeeper Abayhan Beykan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şenol Cihannur took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abayhan Beykan. Abayhan Beykan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Abayhan Beykan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şenol Cihannur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Göktuğ Bostancıoğlu hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Nilüfer FK booed when Kayseri Erciyesspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Göktuğ Bostancıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Nilüfer FK. Cemalettin Zekeriya stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abayhan Beykan. 0-2. Mümtazer Malkoç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ersan Polatalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Hasan Özyurt in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ersan Polatalp saved Nilüfer FK from getting behind. Kayseri Erciyesspor's Abayhan Beykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürkan Er in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Kayseri Erciyesspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hasan Özyurt to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Nilüfer FK booed when Kayseri Erciyesspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fatih Şafak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Nilüfer FK's Şenol Cihannur made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abayhan Beykan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zeynel Tanay fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 40th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Mümtazer Malkoç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nilüfer FK's zone, Mümtazer Malkoç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ersan Polatalp came out of the goal and Mümtazer Malkoç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şenol Cihannur to strike the kick off in the second half. Zeynel Tanay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ersan Polatalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mümtazer Malkoç in the 56th minute of play forced Nilüfer FK's goalkeeper Ersan Polatalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cemil Canver's late challenge caught a Nilüfer FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cemil Canver helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Kayseri Erciyesspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cemil Canver to maneuver through the defense. Abayhan Beykan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alkan İstemihan. In the 76th minute, Ahmet Hasan Özyurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Zeynel Tanay came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Kayseri Erciyesspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeynel Tanay couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Kayseri Erciyesspor's Ahmet Hasan Özyurt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ersan Polatalp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mümtazer Malkoç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ersan Polatalp having to interfere. Ahmet Hasan Özyurt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 87 minutes, Zeynel Tanay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kayseri Erciyesspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeynel Tanay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ersan Polatalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hasan Özyurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Abayhan Beykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Cihannur in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şenol Cihannur in the 94th minute of play forced Kayseri Erciyesspor's goalkeeper Abayhan Beykan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Although Kayseri Erciyesspor had been in control for most of the match, Nilüfer FK still came away with the win.
