Víkingur Gøta's Mesut Hazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reha Darga in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Mehmet Ayaz could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Hasan Can Ongu however easily saved by the left post. In the 33rd minute Erol Yeğiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Can Ongu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34th play minutes Reha Darga shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Mesut Hazar and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 41st minute, Ahmet Gündüz Aygüneş made a precise shot to the right of Mesut Hazar. Víkingur Gøta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 45th minute, Akif Memduh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reha Darga in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mesut Hazar prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Güntekin Özsahin was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reha Darga in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mesut Hazar saved Víkingur Gøta from getting behind. The supporters of Víkingur Gøta booed when ŞİMŞEK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berkem Nuh didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 60 in the game by Ahmet Gündüz Aygüneş from a close distance when the talented Mesut Hazar managed to make a qualified save. Víkingur Gøta's players were relieved. Hasan Can Ongu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güntekin Özsahin in the 71st minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Ahmet Gündüz Aygüneş notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Víkingur Gøta's Mesut Hazar. Mesut Hazar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Gündüz Aygüneş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Víkingur Gøta defense, Ahmet Gündüz Aygüneş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mesut Hazar. The Víkingur Gøta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mesut Hazar should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkem Nuh got free with Mesut Hazar in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded ŞİMŞEK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Víkingur Gøta.
