After some careless play in the Ahlat defense, Herman Hake kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamdi Toycan. The Ahlat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamdi Toycan should have stopped the shot. Hıncal Hiçsönmez struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Hamdi Toycan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇAKABEY SK. In the 16thth minute of the game Herman Hake who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ahlat's Hamdi Toycan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Yavuz Bülent Ersayın shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hamdi Toycan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hamdi Toycan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Hafiz Canıtez in the 24th minute of play. Arif Cengiz Eryildiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Hüseyin Turan Gençoğlu made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, one of Ahlat:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Herman Hake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Ahlat's Kudret Tuğra got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rdth minute of the game Herman Hake who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ahlat's Hamdi Toycan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Cengiz Eryildiz made a kick off. With his leg Hamdi Toycan managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when ÇAKABEY SK's Herman Hake fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hamdi Toycan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Hake in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Hıncal Hiçsönmez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamdi Toycan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Arif Cengiz Eryildiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ÇAKABEY SK fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when ÇAKABEY SK's Herman Hake looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th minute Herman Hake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamdi Toycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ÇAKABEY SK's Herman Hake managed to work through Ahlat's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. The supporters of ÇAKABEY SK booed when Ahlat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kudret Tuğra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herman Hake in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The Ahlat players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
