Arakli's Özmen İmge got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cenk Erçin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıfat Mertoğul having to interfere. Kahramanmaras's Rıfat Mertoğul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Kahramanmaras from getting a goal against them. If Cenk Erçin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ertuğrul Yanık's late challenge caught a Arakli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ertuğrul Yanık helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th match minute, Kahramanmaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertuğrul Yanık to maneuver through the defense. Cenk Erçin came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rıfat Mertoğul could save by the left post. If Özmen İmge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Selim Altunç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd play minute Cenk Erçin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rıfat Mertoğul. 1-0. When Gazi Bilek fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kahramanmaras's protests and gave Gazi Bilek a yellow card for diving instead. Gazi Bilek kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Arakli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özmen İmge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kahramanmaras's Rıfat Mertoğul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özmen İmge in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kahramanmaras defense, Özmen İmge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rıfat Mertoğul. The Kahramanmaras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıfat Mertoğul should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the game, Kahraman Metin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arakli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahramanmaras the free kick. After a rather tough play, Arakli's Kahraman Metin got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Özmen İmge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 minutes, Gökay Tuğsav mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kahramanmaras and the Arakli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kahramanmaras's Gökay Tuğsav got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Rıfat Mertoğul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özmen İmge in the 94th minute of play. Arakli walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
