When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Radowit Kocieniewski sped through Ötüken Uygur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Garip Öztay. 22 minutes into the game, Kubat Vahit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ötüken Uygur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ottoman Empire the free kick. The coaching staff of Ötüken Uygur protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ferman Baldemir had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Ötüken Uygur:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ottoman Empire:s goal. Radowit Kocieniewski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Ottoman Empire's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the final whistle sounded Ottoman Empire left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ötüken Uygur.
