Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Selahaddin Başesgioğlu kicked off to start the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Selahaddin Başesgioğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gölova's Sertaç Tarim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Selahaddin Başesgioğlu struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Sertaç Tarim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aksu. Erdem Cevar had several of the Aksu's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Selim Dilsaz as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doruk Metehan got free with Selim Dilsaz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kağan Eryavuz might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertaç Tarim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kağan Eryavuz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Gölova booed when Aksu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Poyraz Peyami didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Nazım Yağızbay sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Aksu's Selim Dilsaz didn't even have to move. Yetkin Yeğiner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Selim Dilsaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kağan Eryavuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Gölova's goal looked a bit too open when Selahaddin Başesgioğlu came free, but Sertaç Tarim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

If Doruk Metehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Aksu getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Poyraz Peyami hit a great ball. Gürol Esendağ hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Aksu's Ceyhun Kandemir tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yetkin Yeğiner in the 63rd minute of play forced Aksu's goalkeeper Selim Dilsaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Aksu got a freekick which was hit by Songur Sehriyar. Aksu's Kağan Eryavuz got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yetkin Yeğiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Selahaddin Başesgioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Aksu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Selahaddin Başesgioğlu couldn't finish the play. Ahmet İlke Taşkıner kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Doruk Metehan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gölova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Selahaddin Başesgioğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Aytuğ Memduh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gölova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aksu the free kick. The supporters of Aksu booed when Gölova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aytuğ Memduh didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Gölova's goalkeeper Sertaç Tarim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kağan Eryavuz.
