Kürşat Bal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Müjdat Rebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Buğra Arslantürk came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by FENERBAHÇE's Demiralp Ergalip. But to his dismay, Demiralp Ergalip quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Caldiran SK's Buğra Arslantürk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the FENERBAHÇE defense, Müjdat Rebi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kürşat Bal. The FENERBAHÇE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kürşat Bal should have stopped the shot. Kürşat Bal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Müjdat Rebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Kürşat Bal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Müjdat Rebi in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Caldiran SK booed when FENERBAHÇE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Tugay Tayfun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Demiralp Ergalip to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Caldiran SK got a freekick which was hit by Müjdat Rebi. The crowd rose to their feet as Müjdat Rebi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kürşat Bal. That made the score 3-2 in the 64 minute of play. Caldiran SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Ulaş Tekalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Kürşat Bal made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FENERBAHÇE fans cheered their team off the field, for while Caldiran SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
