Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet Yahya Ongunes got the match started through his kick off. After 25 played minutes, Genclerbirligi's Mustafa Emre Özdinç shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kunter Toper came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Genclerbirligi reached it. In the 25th match minute, Bulanik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Talat Mukremin to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Doğuhan Tanay fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Batıray Ushan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökçek Çile, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Murat Boğataş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Batıray Ushan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Murat Boğataş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulanik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murat Boğataş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gökçek Çile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batıray Ushan having to interfere. Murat Boğataş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Batıray Ushan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neşat Özpinar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Batıray Ushan. Genclerbirligi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ahmet Yahya Ongunes struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Kunter Toper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genclerbirligi. 60 minutes into the game, Genclerbirligi's Ahmet Yahya Ongunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kunter Toper made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With an all-out effort, Bulanik's Batıray Ushan threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Murat Boğataş, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Batıray Ushan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Erenay Balcıoğlu. After some careless play in the Genclerbirligi defense, Murat Boğataş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Batıray Ushan. The Genclerbirligi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Batıray Ushan should have stopped the shot. Ahmet Yahya Ongunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Doğuhan Tanay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Genclerbirligi's supporters rose to their feet, but Doğuhan Tanay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kunter Toper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Bulanik's zone, Doğuhan Tanay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kunter Toper came out of the goal and Doğuhan Tanay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Doğuhan Tanay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Doğuhan Tanay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Genclerbirligi's supporters rose to their feet, but Doğuhan Tanay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kunter Toper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bulanik's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
