Tanju Çolak started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, GÜMELİSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Mevlüt Başbuğoğlu came free, but Rahim Usare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GÜMELİSPOR's Ediz Barın suffered a sore thigh after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tansu Kınık's late challenge caught a GÜMELİSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tansu Kınık helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Hadim SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tansu Kınık to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in GÜMELİSPOR's zone, Mustafa Ali Müslim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rahim Usare came out of the goal and Mustafa Ali Müslim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Esen Ersunal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GÜMELİSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esen Ersunal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GÜMELİSPOR's Rahim Usare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mevlüt Başbuğoğlu in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Hadim SK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Mustafa Ali Müslim hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Mustafa Ali Müslim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kılıç Kubilay charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kılıç Kubilay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hadim SK's Kılıç Kubilay got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mevlüt Başbuğoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rahim Usare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Mustafa Ali Müslim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hadim SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Ali Müslim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Ali Müslim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Özgün Aker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Yüksel Sezgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Ali Müslim was the one to do the kick off. Kılıç Kubilay was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 64th match minute, Hadim SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıç Kubilay to maneuver through the defense. Mevlüt Başbuğoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rahim Usare having to interfere. Mustafa Ali Müslim fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 71st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. A sloppy throw-in by Acun Refah in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GÜMELİSPOR's Esen Ersunal. If Mevlüt Başbuğoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hadim SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
