Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mirkelam Başel started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Tire's Akın Kongur got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Gafur Yörük succeeded in the game's 5th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After having played for 7 minutes, Mirkelam Başel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mirkelam Başel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Azmi Davarcı hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Aral Toper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirkelam Başel in the 9th minute of play. Karahan Şehzade charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karahan Şehzade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, AK Gençlik's Karahan Şehzade got a free kick in the 10th minute. Rafet Uğuray scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aral Toper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mirkelam Başel in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aral Toper saved AK Gençlik from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafet Uğuray in the 25th minute of play forced AK Gençlik's goalkeeper Aral Toper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirkelam Başel in the 26th minute of play forced AK Gençlik's goalkeeper Aral Toper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rafet Uğuray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mirkelam Başel in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aral Toper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35thth minute of the game Mirkelam Başel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AK Gençlik's Aral Toper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 37 minutes of play, Tire's Rafet Uğuray made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aral Toper was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, Rafet Uğuray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aral Toper. AK Gençlik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafet Uğuray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After the first half Tire were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Macit Mehdi made the kick off in the second half. Rafet Uğuray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mirkelam Başel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aral Toper having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Münir Atasoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mirkelam Başel in the 67th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Aral Toper kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. With a little luck, AK Gençlik's Aral Toper got control of the ball when Rafet Uğuray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mirkelam Başel in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aral Toper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aral Toper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirkelam Başel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st match minute, Tire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabri Vecihi to maneuver through the defense. Münir Atasoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Korcan İskenderoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute Mirkelam Başel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aral Toper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafet Uğuray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aral Toper having to interfere. Aral Toper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirkelam Başel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind AK Gençlik's goalkeeper Aral Toper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Macit Mehdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korcan İskenderoğlu having to interfere.
