The audience was convinced that Dilmen Baybora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mustafa Emrah Ongel was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Dilmen Baybora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Emrah Ongel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sögütözü's Ekrem Kayrahan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Özden Aynacı. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. Ekrem Kayrahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özden Aynacı having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Yavuz Selimhan Mennan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ekrem Kayrahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Özden Aynacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Songurbey Şahinter kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Sögütözü's Mustafa Emrah Ongel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batıhan Dağasan in the 45th minute of play. Anıl Biçimli charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Biçimli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sögütözü's Anıl Biçimli got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Sungurhan Polathan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustafa Emrah Ongel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ekrem Kayrahan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Yavuz Selimhan Mennan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batıhan Dağasan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dilmen Baybora got free with Mustafa Emrah Ongel in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yavuz Selimhan Mennan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özden Aynacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekrem Kayrahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. A collision led to bam bam united getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bedih Demircioğlu hit a great ball. Ekrem Kayrahan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Özden Aynacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sögütözü fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Sögütözü's Ekrem Kayrahan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mustafa Emrah Ongel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batıhan Dağasan in the 93rd minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Songurbey Şahinter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mustafa Emrah Ongel. Sögütözü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Songurbey Şahinter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Sögütözü's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
