In the 27thth minute of the game Ernesto Colagrossi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sanliurfa JK's Serkan Pertev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernesto Colagrossi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serkan Pertev having to make a save. Polateli FK's Ernesto Colagrossi managed to work through Sanliurfa JK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ernesto Colagrossi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Polateli FK played a much better game than Sanliurfa JK and deserved their victory. The Sanliurfa JK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
