Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yenal Ülkü made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Mahmudiye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Münir Işınsu to maneuver through the defense. When Lefter Şikel came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Türkeli SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lefter Şikel couldn't finish the play. After 7 minutes, Çakabey Özkok mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Türkeli SK and the Mahmudiye players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mahmudiye booed when Türkeli SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çakabey Özkok didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Yenal Ülkü lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Nusrettin İnanç. After 21 played minutes Türkeli SK got a freekick which was hit by Çakır Kayral. 22 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mahmudiye's Hasan Hüseyin Yetik fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Mahmudiye's Hasan Hüseyin Yetik got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28thth minute of the game Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Türkeli SK's Derviş Özgan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Lefter Şikel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37th play minutes Hasan Hüseyin Yetik shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Derviş Özgan and just under the crossbar into goal. If Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Lefter Şikel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Türkeli SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lefter Şikel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nusrettin İnanç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 58 minutes of play, Mahmudiye's Hasan Hüseyin Yetik made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Derviş Özgan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Mahmudiye's Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. 70 minutes into the match, Türkeli SK's Lefter Şikel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nusrettin İnanç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Hasan Hüseyin Yetik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Derviş Özgan. Türkeli SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hasan Hüseyin Yetik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. 79 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Derviş Özgan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Derviş Özgan. Ahmet Kadri Mertoğul showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Lefter Şikel charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lefter Şikel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mahmudiye getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ahmet Necdet Berksan hit a great ball.
